Carlos A. Navarro Day

In 2002 the Mayor of Miami, Joe Carollo, declared November 24, 2002 as Carlos A. Navarro Day. This honor was bestowed upon Carlos to thank him for his outstanding participation within the community and as a way to thank him for all he has done.
