Carlos A. Navarro painted "Katrina Blues, Ode to the City of New Orleans". Carlos made this painting to commemorate the victims from the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina. Carlos A. Navarro showcased "Katrina Blues" in a gallery event and all proceeds went to the American Red Cross.
