The 20th Annual Salute to Florida Artists

Carlos was chosen to feature his Pop Art as the Brochure image for the 20th Annual Salute to Florida Artists in 2004. This honor was given to Carlos for his successes as a Pop Artist and an inspiration to other Pop Artists.
